Most expecting mothers wonder if exercising during preganancy will do harm to their unborn child.  Exercising during your pregnancy will help you maintain a healthy pregnancy, strengthen and condition your muscles. You are also more likely to have more energy and gain less weight during your pregnancy. Exercising can also help with labor and delivery.  Women who exercise during pregnancy are more likely to exercise after the baby arrives to help with the after baby weight loss.

Tips on excercising during your pregnancy:
  • Consult your doctor before beginning any exercise program.
  • Warm up and stretch before starting.
  • Extra Calories, you need to replace the calories you burn.
  • Don't overdo your workouts.
  • Wear loose fitting maternity clothes, to give your body a chance to breathe.
  • Drink lots of water. You have to stay hydrated while excercising.
  • Cool down after you complete your workout.
